In collaboration with Qetaifan Project LLC, TRUST Engineering Consultancy has been instrumental in bringing this visionary project to life, providing a range of services including Architecture, Safety, MEP, Structural Design, BIM (Revit), Sustainability, Tender Package creation, and Authority Approvals. Moreover, TRUST worked closely with the Main Developer to establish Design Guidelines for the Island and oversee the overall parcellation for the properties.

Project Brief.
Situated on a plot of approximately 1,000 square meters, A2 Villa serves as a prototype for other Waterfront developments on the island (without a direct beach access), setting the Design guidelines for sub-developers to follow.
Drawing inspiration from the sleek, modern architecture of Miami, Villa Type A2 exudes contemporary elegance and sophistication. Its design seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings, with the building strategically oriented towards the sea to maximize panoramic views of the azure waters.
Notably, all areas including Living zones and master bedrooms at first floor and penthouse are oriented towards the sea side, optimizing on views.
The waterfront facade of Villa Type A2 features clean lines and minimalist aesthetics, creating a dynamic and inviting open space within the residential community. Emphasizing simplicity and modernity, the villa's design harmoniously blends with the coastal landscape, offering residents a serene retreat in nature's heart.
