The Design.
This low-rise construction is one of the first developments within Giardino Village that covers a plot area of 1,200 square meters which includes a basement, ground floor, and four levels with 29 rentable residential units, for a total built-up area of 4,283 square meters.
The Residential unit mix specifically included 2-bedroom apartments as coordinated with the End User as well as the Leisure facilities with private swimming pool and gyp in Ground floor.
Our responsibilities included complete architectural, safety, MEP and structural design, as well as the Authority approvals, tender package and supervision till the handing over.
The design concept offers a distinctive and functional layout tailored to premium living with open plan kitchens and spacious master bedrooms. All apartments feature balconies and shading elements subtly integrated on all four facades, echoing the geometric patterns prevalent throughout the Pearl area. The facade adheres to approved material codes and UDC design guidelines established for the district.
