APG was engaged on this project in supervision stage and special considerations were taken during the execution and coordination with the provided infrastructure of Lusail, since the building represents one of the first facilities developed in the new area of Doha (Lusail), having strict requirements for services design.

Modern Design.
The comprehensive scope encompassed supervision services, facilitating the acquisition of governmental approvals, including KAHRAAMA, QCDD, DC2, and Completion Certificate, among others. The building, comprising three basements, a ground floor, mezzanine, and five additional floors with a roof, successfully reached a total built-up area of 14,340 sqm, and its construction was successfully completed in 2015.
The Idea
The center gains its symbolic value from its function, location and future use which is reflected through building’s envelope to everyone observing the building.
