Project Brief.
The scope of Trust Engineering Consultancy's involvement encompasses the full spectrum of design disciplines, from Architecture and Structure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), Interior Design, and Landscape. TRUST responsibilities extended from conceptualization and programming, establishing the mix of required apartment units and sizes up to the issuance for construction (IFC) stage, including the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and obtaining Authority approvals including Ministry of Tourism approval.
Trust Engineering Consultancy also took over on a significant part in overseeing the technical components of the project, making sure that design specifications and legal requirements are followed. In-depth inspection reports and managing the project's smooth handover at its conclusion are both included in this supervision.
