Design
The project is strategically located on a 5,074 sqm plot in Old Salata, Doha at one of the busiest roads, boasting an approximate BUA of 26,557 sqm with a budget of 73.4 million USD. Trust's role involved modifications throughout the entire tower, encompassing disciplines such as Architecture, Structure, and MEP. Authority approvals for these modifications, along with technical supervision services, inspection reports, and project handover.
Trust has deployed a team of professionals, including Architects, Electrical Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers, to ensure the successful execution of the project and handing over with all local authorities.
