The Qetaifan Island North Project is an expansive development that aims to revolutionize luxury living and recreation in Qatar. Its huge land area, roughly 1,300,615 sqm, is built up of 115,000 sqm. The Design
As the project's Lead Design Consultant, Trust Engineering Consultancy took on the enormous responsibility of coordinating the infrastructure development, master planning, and prototype construction. TRUST ensured compliance with Qetaifan's corporate identity, client objectives, sustainability requirements, and local regulations by concentrating on comprehensive master plans and prototypes for residential plots. TRUST has currently designed ten residential and commercial properties.
The end product is a cutting-edge community that can compete on a global scale and smoothly combines modern conveniences with Qatar's rich natural and cultural legacy.
