Project Brief.

TRUST was entrusted with a full scope of services and set out on a mission to revitalize the NOC office space. From Feasibility Studies, As-Built Verification to Architectural/ID Design, Safety Design, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Structural Design, Tender Package creation, Supervision, Project Management and Authority Approvals, TRUST's involvement spanned every aspect of the project's lifecycle.

The International Islamic Bank Tower, which has two B+G+M+44 levels, required a design idea that was consistent with NOC's brand identity. TRUST created a fit-out design that integrated high-quality materials such as wood, carpets, and premium wall and ceiling finishes based on the company's color palette. The light fixtures and furniture were methodically chosen to fit the client's strict standards, improving both practicality and aesthetic appeal.

TRUST's commitment to collaboration and coordination sets it apart from other projects. Their tight collaboration with stakeholders meant that implementation, approvals, and completion occurred smoothly and on time. This strategy highlighted TRUST's dedication to quality in all aspects of their work.
