Reputed for its exceptional design consultancy services, Ghantoot Construction and Transport Development W.L.L. has selected Trust Engineering Consultancy (APG) to serve as the lead design consultant for the Three Residential Towers in Al Kharaej, Lusail, Qatar.
The Three Residential Towers (Res01, Res02, and Res03) were intended to serve as thriving community hubs connected by the same language with variance in height and orientation. Redefining luxury living in Lusail, these towers have a total built-up area of 35,752 square meters and a spacious plot area of about 8,938 square meters.

The Design.
Concept design for the project was done by nominated architectural office located in Cyprus “SOFITI”, while TRUST took over development and engineering scope of work including AOR Services.
TRUST provided a comprehensive range of design services, ensuring that the Residential Towers exceed both industry standards and client expectations. TRUST Team expertise spans from Architectural to Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Design, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics in the towers' construction.
The main goals of each tower's planning and architecture were community-centered living and sustainability. Towers were designed to obtain a GSAS 2 Star rating, which includes regulatory compliance and authority approvals.
