The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Security Headquarters was intended to have a new look and feel in preparation for hosting the FIFA World Cup 2022. Trust Engineering Company (ex. APG) was tasked with directing the fit-out design and supervision for this important project overseen by the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC).
The Headquarter located in Al Saad spans 8,432 square meters across a ground floor, mezzanine, and seven additional stories (G+M+7).
TRUST worked closely with the End User to ensure that every part of the fit-out design was up to requirement of the Client. Special care was taken to coordinate new design with existing As Built systems and to ensure security requirements and Data Center design is adequately considered taking in consideration use and function of the building.

Design
The project was divided into three distinct phases: design, tender (split in two packages) and supervision. From the very concept stage until the final handover, TRUST team went to great lengths to ensure that both the client's vision and local standards were met.
The headquarters is adorned with distinctive design features, including lighting fixtures, furniture arrangements, flooring, wall finishes, and sanitary fixtures. Notably, the lobby displays elegance, with oriental patterns on the welcome walls, cinnamon oak wood on the frame panels and counters, and sleek black glass accenting the CEO's office creating a clean, contemporary feel.
However, TRUST’s responsibility extended beyond design as our team continued to diligently oversee every phase of the project, from demolition to fit-out and handing over, assuring compliance with authority standards and End user expectations.
