The Headquarter Office Building project owned by Mr. Abdulla Abdulrahman Abdullah Haidar, has been entrusted to Trust Engineering Consultancy with the responsibility of providing Lead Consultancy Services. In addition to the overall design, TRUST further offered interior design services for the fit – out of this new modern headquarter.
Covering a plot area of only 251 sqm, the building’s built-up area extends to overall 3,489 sqm.

The Outcome
Despite facing several challenges due to the distinctive shape and size of the plot, the design successfully accommodates seven floors and three levels of basement parking. This ensures both convenience and functionality are prioritized in the overall layout.
The ground floor and mezzanine proudly feature rentable retail spaces, while the upper five floors are dedicated to office usage.
Its architectural allure lies in the harmonious interplay between straight and diagonal trajectories.
The design showcases a visually striking division into two masses on the upper floors, accentuated further through a contrast of dark gray and white cladding. This creates a dominant and impactful visual effect.
