Trust Engineering Consultancy (previous APG) in collaboration with Gulf Panel Contracting, took charge of the Al Jazeera Network Warehouse Building project in Wadi Al Sail, Doha, Qatar. Trust Engineering Consultancy, as the principal design and supervision consultant, combined a broad range of services to bring this facility to existence over a wide land area of 363,797 square meters, with a building footprint of roughly 2,472 square meters. Services include Architecture, Life Safety, MEP Design, Structural Design, Infrastructure & Roads, Landscape, Authority Approvals, and Supervision.

The Design.

Ground and first floors of the low-rise warehouse building are the two levels that comprise the carefully designed layouts. Every space in the warehouse, including the office rooms, control room, lobby, and high-value storage, has been carefully planned to optimize utility while abiding by regional codes. Additionally, care is taken in the selection of materials to guarantee their quality and longevity taking in consideration end user’s requirements and design guidelines.

The Al Jazeera Network Warehouse Building project was closely supervised by Trust Engineering Consultancy, ensuring that every building component adhere to the strictest design specifications and remains in constant communication with all stakeholders.
