Design
Plot area is 4,858 sqm, while developed BUA equals to 6,411 sqm.
The organic forms that shape the building establish a dynamic feeling while full - height glass windows for the ground floor makes the building appear to float off the ground. The building accommodates showrooms zone in the ground floor and mezzanine floor while the corporate offices are placed on three upper floors accompanied by all required facilities. The office building was designed with desire to create a strong and modern building with sustainable features in the middle of smart and technologically advanced development - Energy City.
The building achieved GSAS 3-star certificate implementing energy efficient features. Starting from the concept stage the design tackles rainwater run off system, energy efficient lighting systems, law water consumption, and integrates native vegetation systems.
