The building is located strategically adjacent to the bustling hubs of Medina Centrale and Porto Arabia in The Pearl Qatar, as a Low-rise development offering modern luxury living. This project driven by the creative leadership of Sheikh A. Rahman Hamad J H Al-Thani, and constructed by Pride Projects (Main Contractor) has a built-up area of 6,356 sqm and occupies a 1,200 square meter land.
