Our vision is to create a vibrant and nurturing environment where student housing seamlessly integrates with academic life, fostering a sense of community and well-being. 

Spanning approximately 57,300 square meters, this visionary project is designed to cater to the diverse needs of students, including bachelor, married, and families. Situated within the esteemed Education City, the project aims to provide essential accommodation for master project students, enhancing the overall educational experience.

The Design.

From efficient studio units complete with bathrooms and kitchenettes to spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for married students, every aspect is designed to prioritize comfort and functionality.

In addition to the residential units, the project encompasses a student services administrative center, ensuring efficient support and assistance for residents. Furthermore, the development features meticulously planned residential common and civic spaces, including majlis areas, public toilets, conference rooms, prayer rooms, ablution areas, housing and student storage facilities, operational storage areas, and cleaning equipment/supply areas.
